The last picture...I don't know, looks silly to me, not to mention his shadow seems to go through a solid object. My guess is it's just an idea someone had...be it a joke "haha this would be horribly stupid" idea, or a seriously bad idea XD. You will have several cars swerving to avoid the "pot hole" and collide with other cars in the other lanes. Plus, once everyone realizes that they are just stickers ... they will no longer work. You might have 2-3 weeks of effective use time out of these stickers, but you'll loose some serious taxpayer dollars with the lawsuits if there is any damage as a result of attempts to avoid the holes.
